The T was forced-teamed onto the LGB to gain greater acceptance for the T b/c LGB was apparently more accepted than trying to legalize and normalize heterosexual male cross-dressers' sexual fetishes. The hetero autogynephiles/transvestic fetishists and their paraphilias were evidently a harder sell. After LGB marriage equality trans really went full steam ahead. And the big 'trans' money parasitized all of the LGB legacy advocacy orgs (even women's orgs) and threw woman and LGBs under the bus. The LGB equality movement was originally a grass-roots movement but 'trans' always has been an astro-turfed movement. Thank you for your work in fighting this utter 'trans' lunacy Jennifer, I hope we can defeat it. As you may be aware there is a book coming out about the scandalous treatment young people received at the Tavistock GIDS clinic in England. We have been doing the same here--we (U.S) exported this dangerous ideology/movement across the Western World and some Brits have commented on that. The Brits have been doing a pretty good job fighting the gender madness and exposing utter ridiculousness and harm of it. Jennifer Bilek - I just discovered you, after several months of going down the gender identity/trans rabbit hole. The process for me has been like watching a slow motion train wreck. No one among my friends on the left, and all of them are on the left, has talked about it. I’m afraid to talk about it for fear of appearing crazy, strident, or, heaven forfend, transphobic. One vexing question that has popped up repeatedly in podcast discussions I’ve listened to about this issue, and which I’ve never felt was convincingly answered is: how did it come to be that all of our civic institutions, in the blink of an eye, have become enforcers of the trans project? Where’s the power coming from? Who’s behind it, and what is their objective? Your analysis fills in this missing piece for me. I’m blown away by the depth of your research and the expansiveness of your analysis. Thank you!
